Services

We Provide:

  • A team approach. Our medical director, nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers work together to meet the needs of each patient and family. We work in conjunction with your doctor and others providing care.
  • An affordable option. Hospice costs are covered under Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurance plans, and managed care organizations. Sliding-scale fees are also available. No one is ever turned away for inability to pay.
  • Care in the setting that is best for you. This may be a private home, hospital, or nursing home. We also have a 10 bed facility in Flagstaff
  • Support for those who are grieving. Our staff and volunteers work with family members of all ages after the death of a loved one. We provide counseling services, educational programs, and support groups to anyone in the community.

Northland Hospice and Palliative Care is Medicare certified and licensed by the State of Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).  Although we accept insurance and Medicare reimbursement, we serve people regardless of their insurance coverage or ability to pay. Northland Hospice and Palliative Care is a nonprofit 501 © 3 organization and a United Way participating agency.
