The Northland Hospice Light-A-Life Memorial
Program celebrates its 20th year! This year trees will be located at the Flagstaff Mall,
4650 N. Highway 89; The Lite Company, 2109 N. 4th Street; the HodgePodge Thrift Shop, 2340
E. Route 66; and the Hospice Office, 452 N. Switzer Canyon Dr. We invite you to join
hundreds of others who have made this a meaningful tradition in their holiday observance
as they dedicate a light in memory of or in honor of their loved ones. |

| With a suggested $15
donation, a light is dedicated and an ornamental tag is placed on one of the Light-A-Life
memorial trees. With a $50 or larger donation you will receive a keepsake ornament. The
Light-A-Life memorial tree site at the Flagstaff Mall is being staffed by volunteers from
November 30 through December 24, Christmas Eve, during mall hours or until 9 p.m.
All other locations will be available during their normal business hours. |

The community is invited to
attend our Celebration of Life Ceremony held at Flagstaff City Hall on December 16th
beginning at 3:00 p.m. This is a wonderful time of remembrance and healing with others
experiencing loss. Special readings and music along with a recognition of loved ones
fill the program. Musical selections will be performed by the Flagstaff Children's
Choir, Ron Boils and Jan Tourney. Light refreshments are served after the
ceremony. |

We
appreciate the support of the Flagstaff Mall and City of Flagstaff. Proceeds from
this special project support bereavement services available to the public without charge
as well as hospice care for the terminally ill and their families.
