Lace up your shoes and get ready for the Northland Hospice Run for Life. This exciting road race takes participants through historic downtown Flagstaff and scenic neighborhoods. After the race participants may enjoy a free pancake breakfast at the American Legion prior to the awards ceremony.

Please note we are now the 4th Race in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Flagstaff Summer Running Series. All running series members will be automatically registered for this event. For more information about the series, please visit www.natra.org for more information.

Aquafina/Pepsi 10K & Arizona Engineering Company/GHD 5K

Northland Hospice Run for Life is a family-oriented event held in historic downtown Flagstaff. Participants have the option of running in either the Aquafina/Pepsi 10K (approximately 6.2 miles) or the Arizona Engineering Company/GHD 5K (approximately 3.1 miles). Both races begin at 7:30 a.m. on June 26th at Wheeler Park and travel through the historic downtown section of Flagstaff, then loops back past Wheeler Park into the local neighborhoods. Participants may walk or run in either event. This year participants will receive a Tech T-shirt with their registration (Participants registering on race day will not be guaranteed the receipt of an event t-shirt). Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers from nine age groups in the 5K & 10K. Also included are prizes, refreshments, music, and more!

Registration for this event is $20 for youth and $35 for adults. Prices for registration will increase after 6/11 and again on race day. Register early and save.

1-Mile Kid's Fun Run

The “Kid's Fun Run” is for children 12 and under and starts before the 5K/10K races at 7:00 a.m. All participants of this race will receive a t-shirt and a participation award. Registration is $5 or $10 after 6/11. We are the 4th event in Kids Run Flag running series. For more information about the series contact 928-526-9510.

Team Program

The team program is a great opportunity to participate with your family, friends, and co-workers. Each team will be placed in a category that will compete against other teams for a special prize based on the number of participants the team brings to the event. Categories include Major Employers, Large Business, Small Business, Service Groupt, Spiritual Community, and Family. Special team categories can be created for organizations and/or business types that plan to enter two or more teams. Teams can consist of walkers, runners, and volunteers. Walking and running team members will receive a discounted registration price for the event and are still elegible to win individual awards. Call (928) 779-1227 for more information.

In addition to the above activities, runners can choose to participate in the following programs:
  1) Memorial Run: Run in memory or honor of a loved one.
  2) Team Program - Get a group together for discounted registration and the
        opportunity to win a special prize.
  3) Get Healthy With Hospice 11-Week Training program.
