Since 1983, Northland Hospice has been serving families in Flagstaff and surrounding northern Arizona communities, including Williams, Winslow, Ash Fork, Munds Park, Sedona and many more. We are community-based nonprofit organization committed to the mission of excellence in end-of-life and palliative care. Along with our mission, Northland Hospice extends its services to include a comprehensive program of bereavement care, caregiver support and educational services.

In addition to our home hospice services, Northland Hospice operates the Olivia White Hospice Home. This 10-bed assisted living licensed facility, provides end-of-life hospice care to individuals who are unable to stay in their own home.

Northland Hospice also operates the HodgePodge Thrift Shop which serves as an ongoing fundraising venue for the organization.

Certified Caregivers for Olivia White Hospice Home

Olivia White Hospice Home Caregivers provide direct care to hospice patients staying at the home. Duties may include, but are not limited to: personal hygiene, medication administration, meal assistance, activities, maintaining a clean environment, laundry, accurate patient care documentation, promote dignity of each resident and compliance with HIPPA and organizational policies and requirements.

Full-time and part-time positions are available during day, evening and night shifts. Applicants are required to have current CPR/First Aid certification and fingerprint clearance. Experienced certified caregivers or CNAs, who are willing to become a certified caregiver, are preferred. Pay DOE.

Hospice RN

The Northland Hospice RN works within an interdisciplinary care team to provide compassionate end of life care through pain and symptom management. RN works with patient, family members, and patient's physician to determine course of care and to manage changing medical needs of patients. Patient care is provided in the patient's home, nursing homes, assisted living communities, or at the Olivia White Hospice Home.

RN position is full-time and includes travel and on-call time. Eligible applicants must hold a current state licencense or temporary permit from the Arizona State Board of Nursing, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
